The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver is to empower every Club member, through safe and impactful experiences, to: graduate high school with a plan for college or career, contribute to their community and live a healthy life.
Our Clubs serve more than 2,000 youth in the metro Denver area each day.
Boys & Girls Clubs are accessible and affordable to all. For only $2 per year, any child between the ages of 6 and 18 can become a member. We do not discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or income. Membership gives a young person access to nationally-recognized programs and a safe and positive environment to learn and grow.
Boys & Girls Clubs is one of the largest and most comprehensive youth development organizations in Metro Denver. We run “out-of-school-time” (OST) programs – after the end of the school day during the school year and during the weekday over the summer – at 16 different program locations, as well as a targeted behavioral intervention program that takes place during the school day. Currently, we are also piloting “extended learning opportunity” (ELO) programs at two schools in southwest Denver, where academics and enrichment are integrated into an experimentally longer school day.
